Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer worldwide shipping.

ByRozerin offers free delivery on orders over € 150. 

The order will be dispatched between Monday and Friday, excluding local and national holidays and festivities. 

The items are sent according to the overview per country, at both the cost and the risk of the customer to the delivery address given by the customer. We will do our best to deliver within 2-10 business days.

•                 Belgium 7 euro
•                 The Netherlands 10 euro
•                 Rest of Europe 20 euro

When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s)

In case items are shipped, costs of duty are to be affected by the receiver of the package.

If the product is lost or damaged, you should immediately report this to us info@byrozerin.com in 14 days after delivery.  We will raise an investigation with our couriers.

We try to keep everything up-to-date on the webshop as much as possible and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.
